I do the same thing to get out of doing dares I don't want to do. I say use it to your advantage

an excuse for gym class or anything involving running but im not fat i just dont like to run and sometimes i use it for attention, im really good at faking an asthma attack

I did the same thing all through elementary school. When ever we did something in gym class that I didn't feel like participating in, I'd just say that my asthma was acting up.. and I got to sit out while everyone else had to square dance.
