I love him

I am completely in love with my best friend, and I just truly realized it. I had a crush on him about two years ago, and he had a crush on me for a bit, but that is long gone. I was just on a trip somewhere recently and I found that I could not stop thinking about him. I realized that I am in love with him, but I don't know how to tell him. It's really hard, even though he's really understanding. He also has a crazy stalker (seriously crazy) and she might try to hurt me if she found out. That just complicates things even more...
