I was only 3 when I first really fell into the trap that people call love. Even at our age we were emotionally mature, and you could say we acted like a health married couple. This relationship lasted until I was 10, when she moved to California. She kissed me once and told me that she would come back and love me again. She came back 4 years later...and now she wont even talk to me. I love so, but she doesnt even remember.

thats terribly sad...but do you miss the friendship more, or the romance? Is it possible that your current craving for romantic attention has driven you to ascribe a deeper romantic meaning to her previous actions than she would admit to?
