In Love with a Jersey Girl

I have been in love with one of my dear friends for almost 10 years. We met at work and worked together until I quit to further my career. I'm also married. I met my wife at work and she is also good friends with the lady I'm in love with. She was the maid of honor in our wedding. My friend has had a turbulent on again off again relationship with an alcoholic 10 years older than herself as long as I've known her. I love my wife, but I'm IN love with my friend. I've never told her or anyone else how I really feel for I fear it would destroy our relationship and at this point my marriage. But she is more important to me than anything and sometimes I get the sense that she feels the same way. She seems to finally be realizing what her destructive relationship has done to her life and is trying to change. I may be moving across the country in another year and can't stand the thought of losing her or never knowing what could have been.
