More than disgusting that is frightening. She clearly has a huge problem in her life and in her confusion and rage she lashing out by degrading herself. Sounds like either child molestation, overachieving parents, or a combination of both. Instead of criticizing her, reach out to her and get her some professional help. Otherwise she's headed to pregnancy, disease, death, or something worse.
