More Than Friends?

Out of my group of my closest friend I have two that really stand out. One is a very fun and outgoing person and she is really fun to be with. The other friend is more of a girly-girl and always looks nice. I've always thought she was pretty and lately I've felt weird around her, perhaps if maybe I'm, dare I say it?, feeling towards her? As far as I know I'm straight and have a rather disappointing crush on a guy who is dating a demanding girlfriend. I don't know if this is weird, but I still can't help but notice how pretty she really is...

Don't be embarassed, you're probably age...oh...14-20...somewhere around there. And you're hormones are crazy. I had feelings for a girl, who's my best friend. Really, all it is, is you, feeling something for someone close. She's pretty, so you're attracted to her physical charms, maybe her smile, or the shape of her body, whatever. She's girly, and probably sounds dumb sometimes, but that probably makes you laugh, and laughing feels good...sooo...therefore you feel a mental attraction (this is at the back of your mind though), it's not a big deal, i promise, and more than likely it's just your way of expirimenting. Thing is, the world is very open these days, and if you DO turn out to be gay, i doubt most people will care, unless you live in the deep south, and that's only in some parts...and it's becoming more accepted to what with the media and all. more likely it's just you convincing yourself you have a crush on her, because you feel like boys maybe don't like you. I went through this phase, TRUST ME, you'll get through it. Life is easier once you're out of high school anyhow, promise ;)

don't b embarrassed.if u think ur gay, ur probably not. i had the same feelings about my friends and thought i was gay but then a found a guy that was perfect 4 me ( 2 bad he's married) but that really changed me and how i felt about my friends.now they r just normal friends and i don't seem attracted any more. (I'm a girl so when i said a guy that is normal)
