Stop. Just stop, take a step back, and make a change. You don't have to have this life. You don't have to be this person. You can change it all. You can be the person you want to be, living the life you want to live. Just stop what you're doing, find a psychologist, confide in a close friend, take some anxiety medication, and take a step in the right direction. You can do it! I know it's easier said than done, trust me I know, but you can do it. You are strong!

As a survivor of sexual abuse, you learned to associate acceptance and love as being attained through sex...please get help. I was sexually abused too, and I highly recommend the book The Courage To Heal.

I know how you feel I was molested for 8 years by my step-father. over the summer i finally told my mom but she didnt believe me. In fact she was the one who told me not to press charges on the bastard. And now he still lives with us and my mother pretends that nothing happend.

I have gone through the same thing...go talk to someone...it can help... just dont keep doing this to yourself. you can get aids and die... I know you are going through a lot of pain but just get help it can save your life...it saved mine.
