Most times I wish that I could leave everything just so I can drink. I hate being sober. I hate dealing with past memories that hurt so much. I have so many regrets and guilt. I just want to forget everything.

it doesnt help forgetting. the next morning you get it all back but with a headache to boot. The best way to forget I found was a late night drive, a packet of smokes, a shoulder to cry on and music to blast through headphones and take away the chance of any thought.

Alcohol and depression work together to intensify the effects of both. Continuing to drink will only make you feel worse, not better. The regrets and guilt will only continue to pile up. Get to an AA meeting TODAY, and you can start to feel better tomorrow.
