alcohol is proven to be a depressant. It's even better to drink caffeine rather than alcohol to try to cheer you up.

This was me four years ago. now my doctors told me I shouldnt drink because my body's struggling but I cant help it. Don't let it get this far. Dont be the one they all pity at a party. Cry out for help - people will listen. x
