Alone

Both of my roommates have boyfriends and I'm single. I've never really had an actual boyfriend and neither had my one roommate until recently. I really enjoyed her not having a boyfriend because then I wasn't always alone she didn't have anyone either. Now that she has a really good boyfriend shes happy and inlove but doesn't know how to act in a relationship. I always have to give her advice, even though I personally have never been in a relatioship, Ive seen all my friends go through them and am just aware of how to handle relationships. I really just want someone in my life. I can't stand being alone anymore. Ive been alone for 21 years and feel like ill be alone for another 21 years....

take your time and find the one whos right. just because everyone else has one doesnt mean you have to.

I completely understand. I have been the same way as well (for nineteen years though). You try to be tough but sometimes it's just too lonely.

i don't know what to tell you. Maybe you could make an extra effort to find the special one for you by meeting your friend's boyfriend's friends. Great guys usually hang with each other.

you have issues deeper than being alone, a boyfriend will not solve that, learn to enjoy being by yourself, and to make other friends, and when you least expect it the right guy will come along

hrmm thats a toughy.....when you least expect it you'll find someone, hehe. I going to "paint" my wall with a nice thick coat of red a year or two ago, and then i met someone who understood me and basically saved my life. who know? maybe in your time of need the one you are to be with sill stumble along, don't let it go, you will know :)

I know how you feel. I was in the same boat. But if your roommates are good friends, they will take some time off from the boys and spend some girl time. I was that girl for a while. The only girl without a boyfriend. Then I got up some confidence, and now I've been with my bf for 4 years and I still find the time for my girlfriends. Just tell them how you feel. If they're good friends they'll understand completely and set aside some time for you.
