Am I a Virgin?

My ex and I went out for two years during highschool. We decided we didn't want to have sex because of the dangers. Problem was we couldn't keep our hands off each other and there were a couple close calls.

We've been broken up for a year and a half and have tried to stay friends. However, the same still applies; we can't stop ourselves. When we're together we can't stop from fooling around, but now we're older and the no sex in high school barrier is removed. We still don't want sex yet, because of our relationship status, but we've been so close. He's entered, but never broken through and I wonder if I can truthfully say I'm a virgin anymore. I'm not sure if we'll ever get back together and I'm not sure if I should have sex or if it's too late.

yeah you are, but if it's your relationship status that is keeping you from having sex with this guy why not do something about that relationship status. as long as you still have feelings for him of course.
