I am ashamed of my body, I hate my body and cringe when my hsuband touches me. I hate making love with him with the lights on and wish he wouldn't touch ym stomach and thighs.

I am not happy with my weight or body either. I often ask my husband what he could possibly be attracted to. You know what I figurd out? Not all men are attracted to size 0 twits with no form. My husband loves my body because it is real. he thinks it is beautiful because it gave birth to our children. Remember that REAL women come in all shapes and sizes and try to love yourself so you can love him and everyone else around. :)

Don't be ashamed of what you have. I'm sure your husband is touching you like that because he loves you and just adores you. I used to feel the same but then I said you know what? This is silly we love eachother.

*sigh* i too am a "bigger" girl, not obese by any means, and i used to hate my body. My fiance is a bit of an exhibitionist, and he is not in the best shape himself, he taught me not to care..
i agree just spend some time together, clothless, suffer the humility for a few moments, and i swear it will go away.
you are beautiful, dont let that get you down.

as silly as this may sound, I think you need to spend more time naked and learn to accept the body you've been dealt. look in the mirror and tell yourself every part of you is beautiful, tell yourself this until you believe it. Basically, fake it till you make it.Go to gym or do some form of exercise you enjoy, if you know you've put the work in you'll automatically start feeling better about your body.

hes your husband, he wouldnt of married you if he didnt like the way you looked and im sure hes not thinking oh man is she fat while your having sex. confidence will make you 10x more beautiful!
