Backstabbers

When me and my boyfriend got together he kissed my best friend. Ever since then she has been hanging out with him and acts like she never wants to leave his side sometimes. He swears he loves me with all his heart and sometimes i believe him but am i wrong to think that there is a possibility of him cheating on me again? Espeacially since she lives 50 ft. behind me.
