Blamed by my mother

My mother has a drinking problem...when I was thirteen she blamed the hidden beer (in the basement) on me....She told my stepdad that I was a liar, and grounded me. i have never forgiven her for that.

Alcoholics do awful things to maintain their addiction. Using their children in the same way you were used is only one of them.
