Her issues are not relationship issues its a dependency. Depending on what drugs shes using , she needs therapy shes an addict. Addicts really don't realize what their doing a lot of the time they go from high to high although if shes not going to get help then maybe you need to move on.

i wish someone woulda cared about me enough to help me, and its gonna sound negative but no matter how much help you get for she its not going to do anything unless she truely wants to help herself.
