If you used to be religious and now you aren't so much, that's perfectly alright. Take it from a neutral source, seeing as everyone below me isn't helping by trying to "save you"- there's nothing wrong with questioning the religion you were taught to follow. Do what feels comfortable for you, not what anyone else wants you to do.

ME TOO! I went to church today and I don't know what is worse, feeling like a hypocrite because I could raise my hands and worship and miss him or the usual feeling of enjoying my life and feeling guilty because I don't miss him.

i used to be that way. me and God were like best friends and then i started to slip off aand forget about God. after along time had passed i noticed i hardly even talked to God anymore and i really missed Him. i told one of my youth leaders and she teamed up in prayer with me, and now i'm almost back to where i was and i know that this time i'm going to going farther in my relationship with God. just find some one who is a strong christian and tell them how you feel and ask for someone to team up in prayer with you. trust me it works. just remember to keep the faith and no matter what don't give up on your relationship with him!

once you get a taste of Him and His amazing love it's hard to go back to anything else. use the lonely feelings to motivate you towards getting that close relationship with Him back! remember to pray!!!
