Confused

my boyfriend broke up with me back in january of this year (2007) we had been going out for 2 years and he had moved to Alaska while I live in Maine. We had a long distance relationship for 7 months and then he broke up with me. i still love him so much (i'm 18; we started dating when i was 15) but now i have a new boyfriend and i love him too. i hate this. now i'm starting to talk to my ex bf via email and i'm extremely scared. its just simple (how are you) emails.....but i hate feeling this way.
