i cry at night when i think about my life, about my family who doesnt really understand me, about my "friends" who i dont think really like me. i feel like i just dont fit in, so i want to get away from them next year when i go to college. but im scared they wont miss me, like i know ill miss them.

Maybe college will be where you'll find better people to fit in with. I felt just like you and that's what college did for me. It made being away from home not so harsh. I found that I just needed different things out of life than other people, things that weren't available where I was. Maybe that's the case for you too.
