Don't worry, it's a normal part of growing up. But if it starts to hurt you physically, maybe you should try and talk to a therapist or someone. Or you can try and substitute it for something else... like a hobby you like. Every time you feel like doing it, just do something else instead (make sure it's something that's not harmful!)

People often have crazy fantasies that they never actually do. Just trust that you know the difference between imagination and real life!
