disfunctional love

i dont know what to do anymore. or if i should just give up. i started dating a boy after he came in my work and told me he loved my style. we met again on an off chance that my best friend happened to be friends with him. we broke up numerous times because our lack of communication. he made out with one of my friends relatives and i forgave him. then he told me he was bipolar and it made sense... i hooked up with someone else... we were on horrible terms but reconciled on valentines day when he spilled his guts... we were on and off again... then i told him how i grew up... sexually abused and thats why i never could have sex with him & was always so closed out when i was with him... all the sudden he fell off the earth and i felt like s___... waited a whole year to tell him and he wasnt cool with it i guess...
