You need to be true to you and your wife. If this is who you are ment to be then be it. Dont let your secret hurt your wife. Tell her to work through it. It is hard to admit to things like this. especially in such a conservative world. but if one person follows another we can create trust. If you let her down . Let her know how sorry you are and you are not a mistake... i promise... this is who you are and what you feel you can not control feelings . you can only control lust. if its lust let it go but if you become in love... then you can not control such a great power

I agree with the following comment. Too often guys who have a "tranny fetish" don't come out of the closet about themselves, and end up hurting everyone they get involved with. ALSO, A WARNING FOR YOU: there are websites like DontDateHimGirl where men have been exposed (names, towns, etc.) by former wives/girlfriends when they caught them in your particular situation. DON'T HIDE IT, it will be disastrous for you when you get caught.
