patience.... you didnt put it on overnight and it certainly wont come off that way either. Give your self time. Start smal - cut back little by little and go from there.
PAtience is key. I am 5'4 and use to be over 200lbs. I am now steady at 135. IT took me a year to get there and guess what......It stayed off. I learned to eat healthy and live a healthy life style.
You can do it. Ask God for help

I can't believe that someone wrote eating beans from a can as a legitimate way to lose weight. Eating beans (or any other food
that you hate)is not a way to lose weight, but a way to ensure that
you will binge on the first unhealthy thing that you see, whether or not it actually tastes good. I really hope whoever wrote it doesn't actually follow through with his plan to work with "overweight Americans" because he sounds like he has no idea what its like to be fat or about proper nutrition. I don't know why you are always hungry,
maybe its a metabolism thing, maybe you aren't eating enough or enough
of the right thing. Eating healthy and exercising are more important than losing weight, especially losing weight quick, which certainly isn't healthy at all.

Are you fat or do you feel fat? Big difference in the two.
If you really want to do it consult a doctor. A health lifestyle will help. Get rid of your TV, eat 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones, no more soda, not even diet soda, drink water, go to bed earlier, get up earlier and go for a walk and eat a good breakfast before work/school

Eating healthy isn't always yucky tasting. Get a great lite cook book and have fun losing weight. Try all kinds of new recipes that are healthy. The weight will start to come off with eating better and you'll want to start walking or something else fun.

There is no such thing as (healthy) quick weight loss. If you truly want to lose weight there is some great advice given here already. Another thing you might want to try is to learn to love yourself for what you look like now and not for what you could look like. I'm 5'3 and 175 lbs, I have struggled with my weight as long as I can remember. I wish you luck, maybe we can both figure out how to be happy with how we are eventually.

If you haven't been to a therapist, you should check to see if you have depression. My friend had physical symptoms of depression like constant hunger, and she found out it was depression, a lack of seratonin. Once she got on medication, her hunger went back to normal and she could lose weight.

If you want to lose weight without being hungry, try low carb. You will improve your cholesterol and lower your weight without starving yourself.
Please do yourself a favour and do a little research into the benefits of this way of eating. It isn't just a fad but a healthy way to lose fat.
There are always going to be those who claim it is dangerous but research is starting to prove it's effectiveness in not only weight loss but also improvements in health and general well being.
Look into it yourself.

I eat beans from a can instead of leaving my computer to eat. Try having food around that you do NOT prefer. Maybe you will eat less.
I think when I retire and start my new business I will do something associated with overweight Americans. There will be no shortage of those, that's for sure.

OMGG i know exactly how you feel .
i hate taking showers and looking in the mirror because all i see is fat .
all my friends say i`m skinny, but they don`t know how much i suck in .
i will lose like, 10 pounds, then stop my diet and gain it all back .
and i hate myself for it .
i have such low self-esteem and am very self-concious .
