i can't stand how you treat yourself! you are so overweight and so unhealthy, but all you do is make excuses! please, get off the couch. take the dog for a walk. tidy up the house. work in the flower beds. use your YMCA membership. anything! i want you to be here when i have kids. i am so afraid that you won't be here for me. please, if not for yourself, get healthy for me. do it for ME!
