Well done for realising how you can use sexuality to benefit yourself. This has been done over many generations and is not just isolated to women. Hmm think you should have kept this one to yourself though, the men who read this will certainly have things to add.

When I see a woman who is dressed inapropriately at work, all I want to do is have sex with her, not give her a raise. Unless I have sex with her, I find it an annoying distraction.

As a hiring partner in a firm, I find performance to be the biggest factor in a persons portfolio. I don't really want harvard graduates or those who tend to worry about their appreance too much. I need people who like what they do, and enjoy themselves doing it. I don't want upscale, climbers, I want those who have the ability to think for themselves, without being arrogant. Yes, many people hire based on appearance, but it never really works in the end. I don't care about demeanor, really, and I am more likely to chose a person with rough edges, or someone people would consider boring, based on their results, rather then worry how they look in the boardroom. Check out the company Patagonia, and you will see what I mean. Its not my company, but it's part of the new thinking out there, making its way into mainstream business.

i dress down because a lot of times guys notice the girls who aren't trying so hard to be noticed. i get noticed a lot. i leave enough to the imagination to make them wonder. then every once in a while i let a little something slip to catch their attention and make them want more. it works. =]
