friends affair

my friend just confessed to me that she's been sleeping with a mutual friend. the trouble is she's already in a long-term, open relationship! b/c it's an open relationship, her boyfriend is okay with her sleeping with this guy. apparently the new guy is waaay better in bed than her current boyfriend. but it's tearing her up b/c she is starting to develop feelings for the new guy and then feels really guilty afterwards.

how can i best support her and help her make the best decision?
