friends who needs them

i am friends with a married couple for the past nine years for the last year they have not been happy now the wife has cheated on the husband many times which most of it he knows about now theres still loads that he dosent know my problems is that she has told me stuff and asked me not to say anything which i havnt and he has told me lots to i feel that i am right in the middle of this when it has nothing to do with me the wife isnt inlove with the husband anymore but cant tell him as is scraed of what she may lose with the house and stuff now things are going from bad to worse please can anyone tell me what i should do many thanks
