It sounds like you have a sexual addiction. You are putting yourself at risk because of your amount of sexual partners. Definetly get help before something bad happens. Look up 'sex addiction' and see if any of the criteria apply to you. If so, you should get help, before the addiction becomes even more out of control.

go to a sexahaulics anonimous meeting. they help as long as you want to get better and don't relaps with the other members. just search for local meetings on the internet.
