Girlfriend

My girlfriend of 1 year has started to become more and more possessive and needy and I am starting to have doubts about the whole relationship. The biggest problem is that we live together and I know that she will try and cripple me financially should I leave. Last night I came home from a night out and we fought so much that I ended up going and sleeping in the car. I cant talk to her about it because of her insecurities so I want to ask you guys. What should I do? Tell her how I feel and hope that she will change or do I cut my losses and leave?
