I don't have a shallow boyfriend and I know he will love me either way. BUT I have hair in certain places women shouldn't have hair. I hate it. And he doesn't know yet, it kinda frightens me more.

hey, it happens - just go to a professional waxer and get them to help you take care of the trouble spots. supposedly and eventually most of it won't come back. Good luck and don't worry about it.

I have the same problem. Im currently getting laser hair removal myself. The person i'm seeing strongly suggested i see a doctor, you could have poly cystic ovary syndrome, its a simple test and can explain other problems you might be having.

i had the same thing. the worst thing to do is shave it. Try waxing it instead. Some men find it sexy...and guess what? You don't have to be so intimate with this person.

Ha! I understand you...I have hair in the ass(yes the anal area and I was freaked out because it wasn't there before)...It keeps getting longer I tried to shave it but it takes a long time and I gave up. I just hope there aren't any microclimate there...o.o

Hey, do not worry! We all have hair in weird places. Why don't you try waxing or using one of these depilators like satinelle or so? It works really well.

So, I'm the one who posted this. I finally wrote my boyfriend since i will be moving in with him soon. The hair I have is on my butt, my thighs, my happy trial, and so on, whats even worse is that it's dark and thick. Shaving hurts too much because it grows back and hurts when it breaks through the skin... same for plucking.

So, I am anxiously waiting for his response, so wish me luck! anyway, I did some research on it and it's looking like i have Hirsutism. Which is more of a hormone imbalance. I have yet to confirm since I don't have health insurance at the moment. And I hope that this helps other females too. Good luck! :)

i have seen more than a 1000 women in my work and believe me!, they are all different... don't know why you say you have hair where women shouldn't, but hair grows in several different places... please don't feel embarrased for this... whoever truly loves you, will not mind hair here or there...

I too, am hairy in places I feel I shouldn't be. I finally asked my hubby to shave or wax my spots for me...it's a very intimate thing and builds trust for us.

WAX!!! You'd be surprised by how many women have to do it on a regular basis. Women have such brutal opinions on their own appearances. Go easy on yourself... every body is beautiful!

PCOS could explain this. Invest in wax strips or go to a salon. My husband would never have known about my hair growth if I hadn't told him. It takes consistent maintenance but there is no reason you can't stay baby soft. Invest in a few good pairs of tweezers (for facial hair), wax strips and some razors. Sally Hanson makes at home wax strips, about $4.00 a box. TOTALLY WORTH IT!

i have a lot of hair too,,, this is what i do:

wax my eyebrows
bleech my mustache, chin, inbetween my breasts, and treasure trail
shave my legs, underarms, and ...happy place... and

leave the rest.:D

I hear ya! I'm a girl, and I shave my face!
I've gone for laser hair removal, and it's helped a little, but every few days I have to pluck or bic it. Pain in the arse, but I know I'm not alone.

You should also go to a doctor to make sure your hormones are alright.
