Hiding from the world

When I go to the university, I always feel a way of anxity overcoming me at the hall. I then go straight up to the toilet and lock myself in because I feel it is the only room in the whole unversity where I can chill and no one watches and judges me for being the way I am (that I don't want to be).
I also use ear plugs very frequently when sleeping with others in one room, especially on school trips and also these days in my flat that I share with two others. I don't use them because I have sensible ears and would be bothered by the noise people make a night, it's more that I have this fear of people think late a night that I am asleep so that they could talk behind my back and judge me. Using ear plugs is the only way of avoiding it by any means.
