You aren't bad, but really you should think not only about your health but your self esteem and self respect. If you feel fine about it (which it doesn't seem you do) and you are being safe then there is no problem. But most people are built to be monogomous.

The question you should be asking yourself is what you are hoping to get out of these hookups? You are obviously searching for some sort of approval or fulfillment that you didn't get from just one partner. Perhaps you should try to see what you personally are missing before you go out searching for fulfillment from your sexual partners. Promiscuous sex may make you feel good temporarily, but as you seem to have realized, it's only temporary and can leave you feeling bad in the end. Sex doesn't fix anything, it only complicates matters.

I personally don't believe you should sleep with a man who is not your husband.. BUT.. EVERYONE has their own belief... So that being said,
If you don't regret it, and you're not ashamed, then just be careful.. don't let yourself get hurt. Be safe.
If you do regret it and you are ashamed, then you should try to slow down a bit, give it a while in a relationship before you do anything like that. Don't feel guilty for the past.. the past is just that, the past. You can't do anything to change it, just better the future.

Always remember, loving yourself, and respecting yourself, are the keys to find a good man to love and respect you. So ask yourself if you can respect/love yourself as is. If not, then change whatever it is that's stopping you from doing so.

This is much more common than people are aware of. People go from being virgins in one year to really slutty behavior the next year. I know some one that was a virgin to sleeping with other 20 people in just one year. And thats not the only one person I know of.
