I will be 23 next week, and I have had 32 partners as well (both male and female). When I finally allowed myself to admit that I am truely a lesbian and met the girl of my dreams, I found out she had only been with 5 people. Talk about earth shattering. don't be ashamed. the number of partners you have says nothing about who you are. the important thing is that in every case, there is an understanding between both partners of what the sex means (ie- it means you love each other. or, it means you wanna have fun, no strings attached. or, it's a friends-with-benefits thing.. etc.) Be proud of yourself and your experiences. :]
