Having sex with a co-worker out of the blue isn't the best way to start a relationship, start with some dates and don't have sex for a few. It'll help keep them interested and it'll help weed some of the bad ones out.

I understand exactly how you feel. It seems I always 'pick' the wrong girls too, and it never works out, or they have feelings for someone else. I don't know what to tell you besides go out there with an open mind and really look for someone you truly love. When you find the right one, you'll know.

Is that all there is to the story? or are one or both of your involved. I had a relationship (I was single with an Long Distance) and she had a local 'partner' well we'd mess around at work after hours and she said it didn't count (for her) since I was a guy. And pointed out that she was sorta being a surrogate for my LD girlfriend. Sometimes it's okay to have a little fun don't let his sour attitude discourage you, keep looking. Good luck!

Sorry you're hurting. Random hook-ups rarely lead to relationships. PLease wait for someone to ask you out, treat you well, get to know eachother. THen he won't love you and leave you.
