I'm in Love..not with my husband

My friends husband is the best man I have ever meet. I have known him now for 5 plus years and everytime I see him my crush gets bigger. Well in 5 plus years my crush has turned to love and I actually get jealous when I see my friend kiss her own husband. On top of all this I am married to a man I have been with for 8 years and married for almost 3 of of those years. Our marriage/relationship started out good, but lately seems to be fading away. He has turned into somewhat of a alcholic and now has a couple DWI's under his belt. I grew up with alcoholics and really don't want to be with someone is one. I rarely drink and when I do it's only ONE glass of wine. I don't really know where I am going with this, but could desperately use some advise...
