You feel that way because you want the person that didn't want you. I am guessing you have issues with your father and you find yourself "fighting" for love and attention. You probably seek out men that will treat you badly and are emotionally unavailable. I have done that too, and trust me, it's not the way you want to live your life. IF you don't love your bf fully, and you want your ex back for whatever reason, you need to let him go because he doesn't deserve to be second fiddle. Let him find someone that cherishes him.
