I love him but I can't tell him

I'm thin i'm in love with this guys i see him almost everyday around town but . When he comes near me I get all shaky and nervous my heart starts beating a mile a minute. I know he dosen't have a gf but I'm still to afraid to make the first move . Plus he's really shy and he seems to have low self esteem .
