i love my best friend

i love my best friend and she loves me too , but she has a boyfriend. and every time i tell her i love her she told me to stop because it hurt her and made her confused. ive been in love with this girl for the past two months , but i know she loves my best friend more than me. i want to ask her out , but last time i did we get into this humongous fight and almost broke off our friendship. im really scared , i love my best friend , but she loves my best friend and me at the same time. she told me im her everything , why cant i just have her ? its so hard. i cant eat , cant sleep and i vomit constantly. give me all the advice.
