I love my ex-coworker

We had a "working marriage" but it never went anywhere. She left where I work about a year ago, we've gone to lunch a couple time since, the first time was six months after she left. I was nervous, I'm pretty sure she was nervous, it was weird. But then sometimes I think I need to never see her again because I can't stand wanting to see her, be with her, it doesn't make me happy to continuously lust after her. Sometimes I tell myself she just uses people and that's the only reason she was ever nice to me, and that I'm just a friend, possibly less. We're both married... I wish I knew what she really thinks...

Yes, we're both married, and you know that's why it never went any further. We both care too much about hurting our spouses and families. I really miss you (my "DAY-husband") too, and I loved looking forward to seeing you every day.

Trust me, the affection is mutual, which is why we only go out to lunch on occasion. If I spent more time with you, I'm afraid of what I might be tempted to do...
