I sabatoge myself and everyone else.

I feel like I probably have a fear of succeeding because I always sabatoge myself. I try hard then throw the game in everything that I do.
Yesterday I was getting a complement from my boss so I responded with "well I didn't learn it from you!".
Sometimes I even sabatoge my friends and whenever people get complimented or compliment me it takes everything for me not to make a backhanded comment.
Please let me know if there is a name for this affliction so I can learn about it.
