my neighbor is a surgical nurse and she told me about a case with a 14 year old boy who was put on ritilin for A.D.D. and he started pulling out his eyebrows and then he peeled his fingernails, and then one night his mom heard him crying in his bathroom and he admitted he had not pooped in 6 days and she took him to the ER and he had eaten paper and it had blocked his intestines. he was in surgery for hours and could have died. maybe you could eat sunflower seeds, the kind with the shells or chew gum. be very careful.

I eat little pieces of paper when I'm bored. If you continue to do that, make sure they are small pieces.
