I think my BIL is gay

I think my brother in law is gay. My sister and him have been trying to have a baby for a long time. I want to break it to her that the reason he isn't interested in sex is because he is gay. But I don't have the courage. Sometimes I think she knows and chooses to be in denial but others I think she is totally oblivious.
