I want to be loved and accepted even though i act like a b____. I have a best friend or least what i thought was a best friend. I found out he talked behind my back and would write the most awful things about me on live journal but i didn't confront him which is very unlike me and now i found out he stealing money from a council i head I want revenge I want justice but most of all i wonder what i did to deserve all of this.
Worst of all everyone likes him more then me ( i don't want to be popular but if i go against him i go against everyone)

Sounds like a bunch of childish drama. Rise above and know that "those that yeild are not always weak." Occupy the time you spend dwelling on this doing something creative or constructive and forget about this crap. You're better than this. You don't want to stoop to his level.
