i want to hate him

i have recently found out that my step dad of 15 years has been cheating on my mom. ive loved him like my dad, and even though he has done this i still love him.

ive cried and basically had a mental lapse over this and now my mom has told me of her doubts and i had to lie to her inorder to keep our home.

i dont want my family to be broken up but my mom is the type who if she would find out she would pack our things and we would leave but she is in no shape to work and support us.

tmrw im having to confront my step dad and give him the choice of whether to tell her or not. if he says not to tell her then i will be forced to help him cover up his own secret and watch his every move from now on.

on the other hand if you wants to tell her, i suppose i will just watch my family crumble away.
