It's long, but I hope advice will help me....

Alright...I have been with my boyfriend for 7 years now. We have a 5 year old child together. The last 5-6 months have been really hard. He wouldn't talk to me, he didn't look at me like he loves me, I could sit on his lap while he is watching T.V. and try to make out with him, and if he is into his show, he will ask me to stop. About 3 weeks ago, I went out with a buch of my girlfriends. I ended up seeing my ex boyfriend, and we started talking. I haven't seen him in about 2 years and just wanted to catch up on how everything was going with him, so after the bar let out, we went and hung out. He ended up telling me that he has been in love with me since he first seen me, and that he wants to marry me. I have had feelings for him as well, but I love my boyfriend and thought that he was the one I was suppose to be with forever. So we talked for hours. I went home and told my boyfriend that I had seen him, and talked to him for hours. I also told him that I had feelings for him, and I was very confused. He told me that for the past few months he had been thinking if we were suppose to be together or not, but he wouldn't talk to me about it. So now my situation is that I gave my boyfriend the option. If he wants to try and work things out with me (because I do still love him, and want to be with him.) And if he doesn't then I will let him be. It has been three weeks and he can't tell me if he loves me or not. I still talk to my ex boyfriend and have seen him once since. (we are still friends no matter what) My boyfriend will look at me and tell me I am a beautiful girl and if we break up, I will be ok, and then later on he looks at me and asks me to come and lay down to cuddle with him, he wants to hold me because he misses me. I am so confused, I don't know what he wants and everytime that I ask him, he gets really mad at me, and calls he a w* or a slut. I don't know how to deal with this.
