I was just really nice to a telemarketer. I never have time or patience to deal with them, but I decided this once to be friendly and I could hear a difference in her voice after she realized I wasn't going to yell at her for interrupting my day. I feel great knowing that I just made her day a little easier and a little less stressful :)

this isnt really advice, but i was a telemarketer for a while and i just wanted to say Thank You...its harder than you think (plus when you yell we all just talk about you later and laugh)
