I loved her. I wanted her. Im infatuated with her.
Before I left for school, we were almost inseparable. The dates left me yearning for more and every time I saw her, it hurt to look away. I know its more than skin deep and I wanted to take it slow. She laughed at all my jokes and made me feel truly special
Two months after I left, she started dating some other guy. Its now been almost a year and she seems truly happy with him. We still talk and remain close friends but I guess as Wes Anderson would say "We can never be friends". Every girl since I have met this past year, I compare them to her. I want to move on, but there is no one that I want.
I always her girls dreaming about that special guy. The one that will take care of them and truly enjoys being with them. Then I bite my tounge as I think, no one will ever love her like I love her.
