I understand how you feel. I used to feel like this, you're not alone. Write it all down. It helps so much, but never do anything stupid. There is so much more ahead of you! And get away, stay with friends somewhere, or go on an extended holiday, or just do something completely new in you life, you don't want to be reminded of the past anymore. It's not going to go anywhere, so let it all go! I thought he ruined my life, 'f**ked me up. In my eyes, he was such a bastard to me. But I got away from my feelings, and I never knew before that it was possible to be as happy as I am now. I thought it would take me alot longer, but here i am, loving life!
Oh, and the man I loved and hated so much at the same time, we're best friends again now. I'm seeing him on saturday for the first time since I felt at my lowest. I'm nervous, but I know it will be fine, because I'm a new person. You learn to forget and move on, no matter what happened.
