I'm a lesbian. I have been all my life, no change, I remember being attracted to my best friend at the age of eleven. I find the idea of men as sexual partners a little gross, I don't look at them and find them attractive. I've been friends with a guy online for a long, long time, and we've both recently sort of been having a thing. We're in love with each other, but neither of us want it. We met up, because he was visiting family in my area, and we found each other powerfully attractive, and we had a little fun, nothing serious. He's sweet and polite, and even now, I don't find any guys attractive but him. I still find women attractive, same as always.
I feel like I've broken some golden rule, that I'm a bad person. I feel like I should break off contact and punish myself, but I also feel giddy and happy and lucky.

Don't sweat it. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is bi. It's just a matter of how far you lean either way. If it feels right, go with it. Don't let some misdirected sense of loyalty to your self-labeled identity or community stop you. Nothing's keeping you from going back to girls if it doesn't work out, and even then, at least you'll know you've had the experience and never have to wonder "what if"
