I was raped, beaten, and sexually abused for a year. I HATE the person who did it to me. I wish i could kill him. He killed me. I will never be the same person i was before i met him. And i will never forget how ashamed and dirty he made me feel. People don't understand, i can't talk about it. my heart hurts.

No one should have to suffer through what you did, but you did, and you're still here and strong enough to post here about it. I'm proud for you!
You can decide to let these horrible experiences define you and how you live your life, or you can decide to rise above it. You're already strong enough to acknowledge how this has affected you and that's half the battle. Are you working with a therapist? If you are, I think you have a lot to be hopeful for...
