I hate how I am. I constantly bring myself down with self pity. I could have had lots of friends but I always push them away. I'm so shy and submissive. I let everyone step all over me. I don't know what to do with myself.

Focus on good things about yourself.

I use to let everyone step on me. I didn't want to cause hassle, and, although i didnt want to, i still would give in.

God will help you if you ask, just give it a try - i am sure he'll help you.
